Independence Day Celebration :
On the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day, Khidmatgar Core Organization Mian Khan organized a grand and dignified ceremony at Government Higher Secondary School Mian Khan. The chief guest of the event was Dr. Basheer Khan, while the ceremony was presided over by Mr. Zarwaish Khan. Stage secretary duties were performed by Mr. Taj Nawab.
The program began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Maulana Suleman Syed. Among the speakers were Mr. Saifullah Khan, Principal Imranullah, and Mr. Iftikhar Khan, who highlighted the importance of independence and the spirit of public service.
In the speech competition, Faizan Nawab and Muhammad Shayan excelled and secured first position. A large number of local dignitaries also attended the event, including Mr. Redi Khan, Mr. Gohar Shah, Mr. Fazal Qadir, Mr. Amjad Yousafzai, Mr. Zameen Nawab, and others.
On this occasion, financial assistance was provided to 20 widows and underprivileged individuals, while two young men were granted interest-free loans to start their businesses. Honorary shields were awarded to the top position holders of grade 10 from all schools of the village. Orphan students studying in government schools were provided with free uniforms, and 400 fruit plants were distributed.
Participants highly appreciated these welfare initiatives of Khidmatgar Core Organization and declared them a true example of patriotism and service to humanity.

Khidmatgar kor Organization Mian Khan Distributes Eid-ul-Adha Cash Relief to 60 Deserving Families
On the blessed occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, the Khidmatgar Corps Organization Mian Khan extended a helping hand to 60 underprivileged and orphaned families by distributing cash relief. A dignified ceremony was organized at the organization's office to mark this noble initiative.
Saifullah Khan, President of Saba Organization, graced the event as the chief guest. Khidmatgar kor Organization, Mian Khan, held an elegant ceremony at their office, during which financial aid packages and winter kits were distributed to 41 deserving individuals. As part of the program, two individuals received Rs. 50,000 each, and one person was given Rs. 25,000 as *Qarz-e-Hasna* (interest-free loan).
The organization announced that skilled women in Mian Khan who wish to work from home can also avail themselves of *Qarz-e-Hasna* from them.
This dignified event was graced by the presence of Khidmatgar kor's Patron-in-Chief Dr. Basheer Khan, President Zarwaish Khan, General Secretary Iftikhar Babu, Finance Secretary Rehdi Khan, Gohar Shah Ustad, and Chairman Ali Akbar. Khidmatgar kor Organization today distributed dowry items to a poor and deserving girl in Mian Khan village, Tehsil Katlang, provided cash assistance to 25 deserving families, and awarded shields and cash prizes to top-performing students from two private and two government schools.
According to the details, the Khidmatgar kor Organization provided dowry items, including a washing machine, air cooler, and iron, to a poor girl in Mian Khan village. Additionally, financial assistance was provided to 25 deserving households.
In recognition of the recent board exam results, students from four schools in Mian Khan village were honored for their top positions:
Three girls from Government Girls High School Mian Khan,
Three boys from Government Higher Secondary School Mian Khan,
Three position holders from Muhammad Bin Qasim Academy Mian Khan,
Three position holders from Islamia Public School Mian Khan.

EID UL ADHA :
In Katlang Village, the Mian Khan Welfare Organization (Khidmatgar kor Organization) distributed cash among 45 deserving orphaned, widowed, and destitute families for Eid al-Adha.
Dr. Bashir Khan, Chairman of the Khidmatgar kor Organization, Finance Secretary Redi Khan, President Zarwish Khan, Asil Khan Ustad, Taj Ustad, Iftikhar, Abdullah Shah, and Muhammad Raheem distributed cash to 45 poor and orphaned families.
On this occasion, Taj Nawab Ustad and Zarwish Khan gave brief speeches. Hafiz Ismail Sahib offered prayers for the nation, the community, and the entire Muslim Ummah.

Mian Khan Khidmatgarkor Organization organized a cash distribution event for the orphaned children of Mian Khan on the occasion of Eid. The event was held at the office of Mian Khan Khidmatgar Organization, with the ceremony chaired by Dr. Bashir Khan.

Khidmatgar kor Organization distributes ration to 100 deserving people and cash to 25 sick people on the arrival of Ramadan
In addition to the details, khidmatgar kor organization in Katling Mian Khan village, while maintaining its divine service, distributed Ramadan package ghee, sugar, rice, tea, pulses, salt, basin in the surrounding village of Village Mian Khan and distributed cash among the needy patients.

The organization Khidmatgar kor organized an educational event where they distributed cash rewards, shields, and other prizes among students who secured positions. In place of the female students, their relatives received the awards.
In the village of Miyan Khan, renowned organization Khidmatgar kor distributed cash rewards and shields among students securing positions in four government high schools. Additionally, financial assistance was provided to 25 deserving families. Moreover, the organization contributed to the dowry of an orphaned girl for her wedding.

Plantation, Prize Distribution & Scholarships : A grand celebration of Independence Day was organized by Khidmatgar Kor Organization Mian Khan. The event was presided over by Mr. Zarvish Khan Sahib. Mr. Shaukat Hayat Chairman Kohat Board was the chief guest of the event. Taj Nawab performed the duties of the stage secretary, Iftikhar Khan Sahib, Irfan Ahmed Sahib and special guest Mr. Shaukat Hayat Sahab expressed their views on the occasion of Independence Day. Children's speeches and national songs rounded off the program. The Patron-in-Chief of the Organization, Mr. Bashir Khan Saib, along with the Chief Guest and the President, planted trees with his own hands in connection with the plantation campaign. Prizes were awarded to the students who participated in the program and the best speaker was given a certificate for motivation and above all two poor children were also given a scholarship for free education in a prestigious institution of Katling under the sponsorship of education scholarships were given. Apart from this, various games were also played to keep the children interested.

Aid Package : In a dignified ceremony organized by Khidmatgar Kor Organization Mian Khan, 30 deserving families were given an aid package worth Rs.1500. While uniforms were given to students of 6 government schools. Chairman of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Intermediate Boards Dr. Shaukat Hayat was the chief guest in the organized ceremony. Controller Federal Board Islamabad Dr. Bashir Khan Yousafzai welcomed the guests as the host. From the ceremony organized on this occasion, Iftikhar Babu, General Secretary of Servant Corps, President Zarveesh Khan, Saba-e-Tanzim President Saifullah Khan, Shama Welfare Organization President Zamin Nawab, FBISE Islamabad Mohammad Tariq Jalal and others expressed their views. Appreciate the efforts of the organization. Iftikhar Babu, General Secretary of Servant Corps Organization, while presenting the report of the last four years, said that till now Rs. One crore six lakh hundred thousand rupees have been spent on welfare works in Mian Khan Sangao and suburbs. Organizations under Pani Madhad Up are playing a very active and dynamic role. Food packages, Eid packages and Ramadan packages are being given regularly to deserving families every three months. While poverty through education is the main slogan of the organization. And for this there are eighteen practical steps. Many students who are studying in Abdul Wali Khan University and various other schools. The loan is being given well. He said that the Khidmatgar Kor Organization Mian Khan is among the humanity, the bow and arrow fighting against the sense of deprivation every time movement, every time participates in human sufferings. Food Packages : Ceremony under the auspices of Khedmatgar Kor Organization Mian Khan. Two hundred food packages were distributed among the deserving families. While 10/10 packages were given to the welfare organizations. Mufti Imdadullah Sahib was the special guest on this occasion.

Cash Grant : On the occasion of Eid Ul Azha, a need was felt to compensate the deserving families through a cash grant. So for the purpose, 45 families were honored by distributing Rs.2000/- each amongst all. On this occasion, about 500 copies of the Quran-e-Majeed were also distributed among the Madaris religious students.

Ramzan Food Packages : The ration packets containing different food items were distributed among 200 poor families. These ration packets containing multiple foods items were distributed during the Holy month of Ramazan-ul-Mubarak.

Spring Plantation Campaign : To counterbalance the growing effects of climate change and global warming, the Khidmatgarkor Organization in collaboration withthe Forest Department distributed free plants among the general public and farmers. On this occasion, 500 plants were distributed among the growers to plant maximum sapling during the spring season.
22th Function: December 2020
Workshop arrangement on First Aid : About 40 youth were trained on First Aid Emergency Program. The Khidmatgarkor Organization in collaboration with the emergency service academy of Rescue 1122 trained and motivated 40 young energetic youth to provide First Aid in an unexpected emergency. Certificates were also granted among the successful candidates.
Cash Grants : On the occasion, 24 deserving families were granted 1500 rupees each.
20th Function: October 2020
Free Medical Camp : Under the guidance of a team of Doctors and Paramedical staff attended the camp. It was held from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. About 500 patients were examined and treated. Medicine was distributed free. In this great humanitarian activity of one day, Dr. Javed Ali, Dr. Habib Ullah, Dr. Nasir Khan, Dr. Nadir Khan, Dr. HaseenArzoo, Dr. Shazia, Dr. Mahnoor, and Dr. Khadija participated.
Cash Grants : A program was arranged to ensure financial assistance to the very poor families of village Mian Khan, District MardanKhidmatgarKor Organization distributed 32 deserving families 2000/- Rupees for each family.

Cash Grant : Rs.1500/- (Fifteen Hundred Only) were distributed among 36 deserving families. Chief guest Mr. Qaisar Alam, Chairman BISE Peshawar was the chief guest on the occasion.
Qarz-e-Hasna : 4 families were granted Qarz e Hasna. Two families were granted at the rate of 100,000/-(one lack each) and two families were granted (50,000/- fifty Thousand each).

Distribution of Food Packages : In order to distribute food packages during Ramazan-Ul-Mubarak,a variety of food items were distributed among deserving families.A nutritional and dignified food packet including Atta (Flour) of 10kg, Basmati Rice of 5Kg, Sugar 5kg, Cooking Oil, DaalChanna, Turmeric Powder, Tea, Salt, etc. distributed among the 100 families of the Village Mian Khan District Mardan.Mufti Hammad was the chief guest on the occasion.
Cash Grant : 15 food packages were also distributed among the deserving families of the village.
Grant of Sewing Machines : 08 Sewing Machines were granted among deserving widows/families.
16th Function: March 2020
Distribution of School Books, Uniform and Stationery : In March 2020 the result of all primary and middle school usually declares and this a need was felt to distribute Notebooks, stationery etc among the students. On the occasion of 16th function of KhidmatgarKor Organization 51 deserving students (both male and female) were honored through distribution of notebooks and school stationery.
Distribution of Food Packages : 15 food packages were also distributed among the deserving families of the village.
15th Function: December 2019
Cash Grant : 41 families were honored @ Rs.1500/- per family through cash amount. Total amount of Rs.61500/- (Sixty One Thousand & Five Hundred Rupees) were distributed amount among the deserving families of the village.
14th Function: June 2019
Mr. Hanif Ullah, Chairman, Malakand Board, Mr. Muhammad Shoaib, Director UP Peshawer, and Syed Ali Baksh,District Social Welfare Officer were invited as Chief Guests.
Cash Grant : Rs.2000/- (Two Thousand Rupees) were distributed among 34 low-income families.
Educational Support Grant 12 students were granted cash grants and shields to encourage them in achieving their great goal of receiving higher education.
Qarz-e-Hasna Grant : 02 students were granted Qarz-e-Hasna
Health financial Assistance : A medical relief of cash was granted to the patients suffering from Cancer disease. 02 very poor patients who were not in a position even to buy their medicine were granted, 10,000/-each patient.
30 Sewing Machines : 30 sewing machines were granted among the skilled women of the Village.
Ambulance Service : An ambulance has been donated by MolanaImdad Ullah, NazimTalimaatJamia Islamia Binoria Karachi plays a significant role in providing quick health care. This ambulance is engaged in the transportation of patients to medical centers.

Evidence shows that putting economic resources in women’s hands is the best way to accelerate development and reduce poverty. Women typically plays more significant role than men, KhidmatgarKor organization has made a commitment to ensure that all of our work includes an explicit focus on women’s empowerment. For this purpose, the Chief Guest Mufti Hammad Ullah appreciated the efforts made by Organization.
Grant of 65 Sewing Machines : The organization felt the need to extend the program toward another village Sangao. Village Mian Khan and Sangao are twin villages. The inhabitants of both the village have almost the same financial position. This time the organization arranged 02 programs in both villages. 40 sewing machines were distributed among the skilled women in village Mian Khan while 25 sewing machines were distributed among the skilled women in village Sangao.The organization is committed to extend the program to more backward areas.
Grant of 200 Un-stitched suits : 200 unstitched suitswere granted to the poor people and it was a blissful moment for the peoplewhich brought smile on their faces. This attempt might not alleviate all their problems but may decrease their suffering to a little extent.
Cash Grant to 56 Families : Rs 1500/- per family was granted among 56 families.
Ramzan Food Packages : The ration packets containing different food items were distributed among 80 poor families. These ration packets containing multiple foods items were distributed during the Holy month of Ramazan-ul-Mubarak.

Grants of School Books, Uniform and Stationery : This organization offers scholarship and cash grants to the students at the time of their financial crises. These students were really in serious financial need. Most of the families, the parents of students are out of work or on a very low income. In this ceremony, 61 deserving students were granted School uniforms, Stationery, and notebooks.
Cash Grants : 10 families were granted Rs.1500/- per family through cash amount. Molana Mufti Imdad Ullah, Nazim Talimaat Jamia Islamia Binoria Karachi was the Chief Guest who also laid the foundation of an educational institution being donated by Mr. Sher Nawab.
10th Function: August-October 2018
Cash Grants : The program was arranged to help the poor families and to reduce the poverty level in the village, the cash was distributed among 45 families. Each family was granted 1500/-(Fifteen Hundred Rupees).
Maintenance of Concrete Slabs over Canal : The concrete slabs over the main sewerage canal of the village were gradually broken and these deficiencies were creating hurdles for inhabitants of the village, so the KhidmatgarKor Organization felt the need to provide these concrete slabs to alleviate the problem on an emergency basis.On the occasion Rs. 11000/- (Eleven Thousand Rupees) were granted for the concrete slabs.
Qarz-e-Hasna : The Chief Guest, Chairman BISE Peshawar attended the ceremony and distributed Qarz-e-Hasna allocated for 3 talented students.
2 Kanal Land donated to KhidmatgarKor Organization : It is important to mention that the KhidmatgarKor Organization is gaining its popularity day by day due to its presentable voluntary financial and developmental contribution in the village. Mr. Sher Nawab a prominent personality of the village donated 2 Kanal Land for the construction of educational institution and skill development centers. All the stamp paper from donor has been submitted to KhidmatgarKor Organization. May Allah accept his great contribution toward the deserving community.
9th Function: JUNE-JULY 2018
For the distribution of multiple grants, a program was arranged in which Chief Guest Syed Ali Bakhsh, District Welfare Officer Mardan was invited. Every child, may that be poor or rich must be thus educated at the common expense. Grants and scholarships open doors for students from low–income families by helping them with financial matters.To strengthen and motivate the needy students Khidmatgar Kor Organization offers stipends and financial aid through cash amounts.This scholarship helps students from grade 1 to post-graduation.
Cash Grant Prizes and Shields for Top Position Holders : 21 students, who got 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions in their respective schools were granted cash prizes and shields.
Cash Amount : 38 families were granted a cash amount of Rs.1500/-per family while Rs.1000/- rupees were distributed among 16 families.
Qarz-e-Hasna :
03 students were granted Qarz-e-Hasna.
On the occasion Chief Guest Syed Ali Bakhsh, District Welfare Officer was present.
8th Function: May-June 2018
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like that of the fasting person,
without any reduction in his reward.”
In Ramazan-Ul-Mubarak, we distribute a variety of food items to ensure the less privileged also get enough food packages for their iftar. We provide nutritional and dignified meals thrice a year at religious festivals i.e Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha, and Ramazan-ul-Mubarak. During the mentioned sessions the ration packets including Atta (Flour) of 10kg, Basmati Rice of 5Kg, Sugar 5kg, Cooking Oil, Daal Channa, Turmeric Powder, Tea , Salt etc. distributed among the 63 families of the Village Mian Khan District Mardan. Dr.Yousaf, Shoaib Khan, and Niaz Sahib were Chief guests of the occasion.
7th Function: January-February 2018
Educational Support Grant : Dr. Shaukat Hayat, Chairman, Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Mardan was Chief Guest of the occasion. 53 Students were granted School uniforms, stationery, books, and notebooks in order to support the poor students for their education.
6th Function: November-December 2017
Cash Payment : In this session, Mr. Gul Nawaz Khan and Mr. Taj Ghulam were invited as Chief guests for the distribution of cash payment of Rs.1500/- among the families living below the poverty line.
Qarz-e-Hasna : Two students were provided Qarz-e-Hasnaas Cash amount of Rs.2000/- per student.
Pipeline Maintenance : Mian Khan Village lies 19 miles northeast of Mardan City at the foot of the mountain range. Several wells serve drinking water to the inhabitants of the village. Water is the most important nutrient for cattle. The main pipeline for water supply has been maintained in the village to facilitate the cattle. 2000/-Rupees were granted for the maintenance of this water pipelineto ensure that water reaches all parts of the village and sufficient flow is available at every take-off point for cattle.
5th Function: September-October 2017
Cash Grant : In this event, KhidmatgarKor Organization felt the need to provide cash relief to the people living below the poverty line. Cash grants distribution ceremony was organized by our organization. Mr.Nasrullah Khan and Advocate Aziz Ur Rehman were the Chief guests of the occasion. Among the 39 needy families, cash aid @ 2000/- Per head was distributed while 15 low-income families were provided cash aid@1000/- Per Head.
4th Function: July-August 2017
Cash Grant : A program was arranged to ensure financial assistance to the very poor families of village Mian Khan, District Mardan. Khidmatgar Kor Organization is committed to extend a helping hand to the poverty-stricken by providing unconditional cash amounts, so they become self-reliant. Chief Guests Mr. Farooq Akram Khan & Hafiz Akhtar Ali distributed 40 cash aid @ Rs.2000/- (Two Thousand Rupees) per head among the poor families while 15 cash aid @ Rs.1000/- (One Thousand Rupees) among the low-income families.
